On G Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues.

OliverMcMillan is building a mixed-use project containing 153 live/work rental apartments and 5,000 square feet of commercial space on the south side of G Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues. Construction of the five-story project began in September 2004 with completion targeted for Spring 2006.
