Levin Menzies & Associates LLC is building a mixed-use development on the block bounded by J and K streets, 10th and 11th avenues, incorporating the historic Carnation Building. The development will consist of four residential towers ranging from five to 24 floors with 325 condominiums and 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Construction began in September 2004, with an anticipated completion date of September 2006.
